Hello! My name is Josie Tkachuck and I am this year’s department head for Mountain Ash. Mountain Ash is Walla Walla University’s yearbook, so my job is to work with my team to create a physical representation of the year and all the memories it holds. I am very excited to be putting the essence of WWU into a book that each one of us can take with us when we leave here, whether that be merely for the summer or as we step into the next chapters of our lives.

I took this job because I love being involved in ASWWU and WWU; working together with others to bring about a product that reflects and impacts my fellow students brings me joy. An additional reason I took this job is I want to bring more attention to what Mountain Ash is as a department and to incite more excitement about our yearbook throughout the entire school year.
