PORTLAND, Oregon — Walla Walla University Wolves traveled to Portland where they split their games against Multnomah and Warner Pacific. Â

Walla Walla at Multnomah Game Notes (70-68):Â

Walla Walla played in an intense game against the Lions of Multnomah. Both teams were evenly matched and fought till the end. It was Miles MaCadory who won the game for Multnomah with his two free throws at the end of the second half. Ethan Ford got a defensive rebound from a missed three but missed his layup to tie up the game and go into overtime. Multnomah came out on top 70 to 68. Â

Walla Walla at Warner Pacific Game Notes (89-87):Â

This was another fight to the finish, where the Wolves and Knights of Warner Pacific battled it out on the court. The Knights took the lead going into the half, up by four points, yet this didn't last for long as the Wolves closed the gap to only two. This battle continued as the game went on. It wasn’t until a foul on Thomas Mestrov where he had one of his free throws, did that solidify the Wolves’ victory, 89 to the Knights’ 87.Â
